摘要
以有限元模拟软件ANSYS为平台,采用双椭球热源模型,对10mm厚AZ61镁合金进行真空电子束焊的温度场变化模拟研究。结果表明,在选取优化的工艺参数条件下,双椭球热源模型可以较真实的呈现出电子束焊温度场变化情况;通过对比模拟焊缝形貌与试验所得焊缝形貌表明,该模拟较好地体现出电子束深熔焊所具有的钉子型焊缝的特点。
The change of temperature field of EBW for magnesium alloy (10 ram) was simulated using finite element soitware ANSYS by the double ellipsoid heat source. The results show that the distribution of welding temperature can be presented by double ellipsoid heat source under the condition of the favorable parameters. By conparison of horizontal section appearace during the simulating and during the testing, the simulation can present well the nail trait of EBW.
