摘要
进行了TC4线性摩擦焊焊接试验,观察了一定焊接条件下,TC4钛合金线性摩擦焊接头氧化物组织的形态、组成、分布特点及组织特征。结果表明,其氧化物一般呈旋涡状及连续的带状分布,在其周围存在较多的未焊合的孔洞;氧化物的成分主要由TiO2及Al2O3组成,其硬度比TC4母材高;氧化物组织由细小的孪晶状的TiO2及弥散分布的呈点状的TiH组成。
According to a series of linear friction welding test for TC4 alloy, the morphology, distribution of oxide in welded joint and the joint microstructure under certain condition were observed. The results show that generally, the oxide, around which there are many unwelded holes, is whirllike and serial strip. The oxide which is harder than matrix TC4 is mainly composed of TiO2 and Al2O3 and its structure is made up of tiny bicrystal TiO2 and dispersed dot of TiH.
