通过系列试验确定合理的焊缝坡口、焊接顺序以及工艺余量,最终减少大型中厚板铝合金框架的焊接变形,满足了设计图纸要求。
Through a series of experiments, a reasonable weld groove, technical allowance and welding sequence were determined. The welding deformation on large size and mid-thick plate fiamework of aluminum alloy was reduced ultimately and the requirements of the design drawings were met.
