血液透析中RBV与ANP及生物电阻的相关性分析

摘要 目的评价血液透析中相对血容量(RBV)与心房利钠肽(ANP)及生物电阻的相关性。方法收集30例维持性血液透析患者接受在线血容量监测,治疗过程中每1小时记录血压、脉搏、RBV和红细胞压积,同时检测患者ANP和生物电阻。结果治疗过程中,患者红细胞压积和生物电阻显著升高(P<0.05),而RBV和ANP则显著下降(P<0.05);RBV与红细胞压积呈显著负相关(β=-0.762,P=0.00),与ANP呈显著正相关(β=0.361,P=0.04)。结论在线血容量监测与红细胞压积和ANP有较好相关性,与传统评价方法联合应用有助于尿毒症患者容量负荷的评价。
