摘要 针对纤维缠绕角的在线检测问题,介绍了一种应用计算机视觉技术检测纤维缠绕角度的检测系统。由USB摄像头拍摄了纤维在芯轴缠绕的图像,并经计算机处理后得到了缠绕角度。采用了图像旋转结合垂直投影法的算法检测角度,并简化和改进了图像旋转的运算。实验结果证明,该检测过程具有较好的准确度和实时性。 Aiming at the problem of on-line detection of fiber winding angle, a measuring system for winding angle detection based on computer vision technique was introduced. The fibre's winding image screened by a USB camera was processed to calculate the winding angle. To measure the angle, the vertical projection profile and the image rotating were both used and the image rotating algorithm was simplified and improved. Experiment result proves that the real-time and the precision of the process is good.
