摘要
针对光纤耦合半导体激光器热电制冷器,采用同步Buck变换器设计了其供电电源,并采用了直接电流控制以减少电路的浪涌电流。实际电路采用了完全瓷片电容解决方案以减少电路的纹波电流,使得供电电源具有效率高、体积小、成本低等特点。实验结果证明,该供电电源的电流纹波能够满足TEC的要求。
The power supply using synchronous Buck converter for fibre-coupling diode laser thermoelectric cooler (TEC) was designed. The direct current control was used to reduce circuit's current surges. The all ceramic capacitor solutions was imple- mented to reduce current ripple in fact circuit. So, the power supply has the characteristics of high efficiency, small volume and low cost. The experimental results verify that the current ripple of the supply power meets the requirement of the TEC.
