摘要
直流调速数字控制系统是一个复杂的非线性系统,传统的工程设计方法不仅烦琐、复杂,而且计算结果存在明显的偏差。为此,介绍了一种计算机仿真设计方法:首先,根据直流调速数字控制系统的性能特点,建立了Matlab的离散仿真模型;然后,采用改进单纯形优化算法对电流环和速度环的数字控制器参数分别进行了优化;最后,对优化的控制系统性能进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明,采用计算机仿真设计,使直流调速数字控制系统的设计工作大为简化、系统性能得到有效提高、数据更加可靠;同时,对类似的数字控制系统设计也具有一定的指导意义。
The traditional engineering design method(EDM) is not only much complicated, but also imprecise. Aiming at the problem in design of DC speed digetal control system, a method of simulation design and parameters obtimization for DC speed digital control system was presented. Firstly, a Matlab discrete simulation model was set up, according to the desired system ptherformance. Then, the digital controller parameters were optimized with an improved semplex algorithm. Finally, the dynamic characteristics of optimized control system was discussed. Simulation experiment proves that the method not only simplifies the process of design, but also improves the control system performance and design precision. Furthermore, the method is also helpful for other similar digital control system design.
