刺络拔罐治疗高黏血症临床观察

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Hyperviscosemia by Pricking-cupping Bloodletting Method

目的观察刺络拔罐疗法对高黏血症患者的临床疗效。方法将门诊关节痛患者共61例分为高黏组(34例)和非高黏组(27例),均施刺络拔罐疗法,观察治疗后高黏组的血液流变性和症状体征积分变化。结果刺络疗法对高黏组的血液流变学指标改善显著(P<0.01),非高黏组不明显(P>0.05);高黏组患者的临床积分改善显著(P<0.05)。结论刺络疗法能有效治疗高黏血症。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pricking-cupping bloodletting method in treating hyperviscosemia patients. Methods Sixty-one arthralgia outpatients were randomly allocated to a hyperviscosity group （34 cases） and a non-hyperviscosity group （27 cases）. Both of them were treated by pricking-cupping bloodletting method. Hemorheological properties and symptom score were evaluated in the hyperviscosity group after treatment. Results Pricking-cupping bloodletting method improved hemorheological indices significantly in the hyperviscosity group （ P 〈 0.01 ） but did not in the non-hyperviscosity group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Clinical symptom score significantly improved in the hyperviscosity group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pricking-cupping bloodletting method can treat hyperviscosemia effectively.
