蜂针对穴刺围刺配合中药外敷治疗痛风临床观察

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Gout by Bee Venom Acupuncture at Paired Points and Surrounding Points plus External Application of Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的观察蜂针配合中药外敷治疗痛风的临床疗效。方法对38例痛风患者采用蜂针对穴刺围刺配合中药外敷(处方为侧柏叶、黄柏、大黄、薄荷、泽兰)治疗,与药物组40例患者比较观察临床症状、血压、血脂、血尿酸、血肌酐等的变化情况。结果蜂针组痛风的发作频率明显减少;能降低血尿酸,改善肾功能;各阶段实验室指标下降值两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论蜂针对穴刺围刺配合中药外敷治疗痛风疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bee venom acupuncture plus external application of Chinese herbal medicine in treating gout. Methods Thirty-eight gout patients were treated by bee venom acupuncture at paired points and surrounding points plus external application of Chinese herbal medicine （ Cacumen Platycladi, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Herba Menthae and Herba Lycopi）. They were compared with a medication group of 40 patients for changes in clinical symptoms, blood pressure, and blood lipids, uric acid and creatinine. Results In the bee venom acupuncture group, the frequency of attack decreased obviously, blood uric acid dropped and renal function improved. There were statistically significant differences in decreases in laboratory indices between the two groups in each stage （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bee venom acupuncture at paired points and surrounding points plus external application of Chinese herbal medicine has an exact therapeutic effect on gout.
