烧结法稀土尾矿微晶玻璃装饰板的研究 被引量:9

摘要 以稀土尾矿为主要原料,采用烧结法制备稀土尾矿微晶玻璃板材。借助X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM),对晶化试样的物相进行鉴定和微观结构分析,测定了稀土尾矿微晶玻璃的辐射指数,探讨了稀土尾矿的引入量、热处理制度对烧结、晶化过程及样品外观的影响,确定合理的微晶玻璃成分范围和工艺制度。 The sintered glass - ceramic decorative material prepared by using rare - earth tailings as raw materials has been studied. The phase composition and microstructure of the glass - ceramic samples were tested and observed by X - ray diffraction and SEM. The radiation index of this glass - ceramic material was tested and the influences of the amount of added tailings and heat treatment on sintering process, crystallization and appearance of the samples were explored. The reasonable chemical compositions of the glass - ceramic and appropriate technological system were also discussed.
