摘要
简要阐述了火焰流动特性在火焰玻璃熔窑上部空间热交换中起的重要作用。分别详述了燃天然气小炉的结构参数与喷出火焰各种流动特性(如速度分布、刚性、动压头、射程、喷出角、铺覆度)的关系。
The important effects of hydrodynamical characteristics of spray flame on heat exchange in the upper flame space of glass furnace were briefly expounded. The relationships between structural parameters of port with natural gas and hydrodynamical characteristics of spray flame, such as velocity profile, rigidity, velocity pressure, jet distance, spray angle and flame coverage, etc. were also described in details, respectively.
