中波高能紫外线照射治疗白癜风临床疗效观察 被引量:29

摘要 目的探讨中波高能紫外线照射对白癜风的治疗效果。方法选择皮肤科门诊白癜风患者40例,色素减退面积均占全身皮肤总面积的10%以下,随机分成两组。治疗组20例,采用304nm中波高能紫外线治疗;对照组20例,采用NB-UVB治疗。结果经12次治疗,治疗组显效6例,进步9例,无效5例。对照组进步5例,无效15例。两种方法治疗白癜风的疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论304nm中波高能紫外线比NB-UVB的早期疗效显著,治疗顺应性好。
