摘要
目的观察中药银杏石榴煎治疗进行期寻常性银屑病的疗效及其对患者血清中血管内皮细胞因子(VEGF)及皮损组织中胎盘生长因子(PlGF)表达的影响。方法治疗前后对银屑病患者皮损进行PASI评分,采用ELISA法检测患者治疗前后和正常对照者血清中VEGF的表达水平,并采用免疫组化方法检测患者治疗前后皮损和正常人皮肤中PlGF表达变化。结果①银杏石榴煎可显著改善患者临床症状,治疗前PASI评分(32.814±14.768)较治疗后(2.858±1.813)明显下降(P<0.01);②患者血清中VEGF水平(115.185±36.379pg/mL)明显高于正常对照(40.489±10.955pg/mL)(P<0.01),治疗后(68.012±23.016pg/mL)其水平明显下降(P<0.01);③患者皮损表皮及真皮中内皮细胞、炎症细胞可见明显PlGF阳性表达,治疗后阳性细胞表达减少(P<0.05)。结论银屑病患者血清中VEGF及皮损中PlGF呈高表达,银杏石榴煎可明显降低它们的表达,是治疗银屑病的有效药物。
Objective Patients with psoriasis were treated with Chinese medicine gingkgo and megranate. We observed the effect and the serum levels of VEGF and lesional expression of PIGF before and after treatment, Methods The serum levels of VEGF were determined by ELISA method in 46 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. The lesional expression of intensity and location of PIGF were observed by immunohistochemical technique in 20 psoriasis patients at active stage, 8 patients at stable stage and 5 normal skin samples as control. Results PASI scores of psoriasis patients decreased significantly after treatment of Chinese herbal medicine (P 〈0. 01). There were significantly over expressions of VEGF in patients at active stage compared with that of controls ( P 〈 0, 01 ). The expression of VEGF markedly decreased after the treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ), There was positive correlation between the serum levels of VEGF and PASI scores of patients( P 〈0. 05). PlGF positive cells were revealed in inflammatory cells, epidermis and angio - endothelial cells in lesional skin, The number of PlGF positive cells significantly decreased after the treatment( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The serum levels of VEGF and lesional expression of PlGF in patients with psoriasis are closely related to the disease and can reflect the severity of psoriasis, Chinese herbal medicine Gingkgo and Megranate can down regulate the expression of VEGF and PlGF and is effective for the treatment of psoriasis,
