图书馆物有所值吗?——国外图书馆应用CVM测量投资回报率的实践述评被引量：25

摘要条件价值评估法(CVM)是一种通过调研来评价非市场物品与资源的经济价值的最常用的工具。它弥补了传统评估方法对难以量化的无形效益计算上的不足,以确凿的事实表明,投资图书馆不仅可以产生不可替代的社会效益,而且还可以带来可观的经济回报。本文介绍了国外图书馆应用CVM的8个案例,分析其在问卷设计、结果统计、偏差处理等方面的研究进展,然后总结与其他领域应用CVM相比的不足之处,最后指出改进和继续研究的方向。
