南京大屠杀中性暴力罪行原因新探

A New Explaination for the Sexual Violence in Nanjing Massacre

1937年12月日军攻占南京后所犯暴行中,最引人注目的除了大屠杀以外,强奸与虐杀是不可忽视的严重罪行之一。事实上在某些语境下,对无辜妇女的强杀往往比屠杀更容易激起强烈的愤怒情绪,究其原因,则与人类社会中女性的地位不无关系,侵犯与愤怒事实上都源自对女性身份的相同设想。同时,南京大屠杀中大量性暴行的产生也与日本传统文化息息相关。本文试图结和女性主义对强奸的理解及日本历史文化背景,综合运用心理学方法分析南京大屠杀期间日军的性暴力原因。

In all the horrible crimes the Japanese Army made when it occupied Nanjing in Dec. of 1937, besides slaughter, rapes and inhumane killings has become one of the most important crimes. Actually, in some context, rapes of innocent women can easily rouse strong indignation. This article is trying to explain the sexual violence made by the Japanese Army during the Nanjing Massacre from several perspectives, which are feminism, psychotogicat and historicat methods.
