摘要
目的动态观察急性高血压性脑出血患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量变化规律及β-七叶皂甙钠对其变化的影响。方法将高血压基底节区脑出血患者80例,随机分为两组各40例;常规组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用β-七叶皂甙钠,并测定发病后4天、10天、21天血清CRP和TNF-α含量。结果发病后第4天,两组患者血清TNF-α、CRP水平和NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而病程的第10天和第21天治疗组CRP、TNF-α水平和NHSS评分低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论高血压性脑出血急性期血清中CRP、TNF-α水平增加,表明其参与了脑出血的病理生理过程。β-七叶皂甙钠通过调节血清CRP、TNF-α、水平而改善脑出血的预后。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in blood of patients with acute intracerebral hamorrhage(ICH),and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of sodium aescinate on their changes. Methods 80 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups:40 cases of the controlled group undertaking routine therapy,and 40 cases of the therapeutic group undertak- ing routine therapy plus Sodium Aescinate. Serum CRP and TNF-α level was measured at different time (the 3rd day, 10th day,21th day). Results Between the two groups, there was no difference in the levels of TNF-α,CRP and NHSS scores on the 3rd day( P 〉0.05). The levels of CRP and TNF-α, NIHSS scores in the therapeutic group were lower than that in controlled group on the 10th and 21th day( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum TNF aand CRP increased in acute phase of intracerebral hemorrhage. CRP and TNF-α participates in the pathophysiological process of brain damage after ICH. Sodium Aescinate could improve the neural function by affecting the inflammation reactions.
