摘要
针对水性聚氨酯木器漆硬度比较低的缺点,进行了MMA、HEMA和EDA改善水性聚氨酯硬度的实验。研究表明,随着MMA添加量的增加,水性聚氨酯的硬度增大,但增大不明显;当同时加入一定量HEMA和EDA时,水性聚氨酯的硬度明显提高;联合使用时,摆杆硬度可达到0.82。
The lower hardness of water borne polyurethane in coating was improved by the modification experiments with MMA, HEMA and EDA. Results show that the amount of MMA plays a poor role in hardness without HEMA and EDA, while the hardness will reach 0.82 with the combination of HEMA and EDA.
