超临界火电机组辅助车间监控网络的设计与应用

摘要 以潍坊发电厂2×670 MW超临界火电机组辅控网的组建为例,介绍了工业以太网和Controlnet现场总线在超临界机组辅助车间集中监控网络的设计与应用情况,包括辅控网的设计原则、网络拓扑结构、网络硬件配置、网络负荷等。说明了组建辅控网是实现火电厂辅助车间协调统一控制的有效途径。 This paper presents the design and application of the industrial ethernet and Fieldbus technology by taking the form of the auxiliary system control network of the 2 × 670 MW units in the Weifang supercritical Thermal Power Plant for example. The paper also discusses the network topplogy structure, hardware configuration, network load, etc. The application shows that the form of an auxiliary system control network in an effective way for each auxiliary workshop of a power plant to implement the coordinated or unified control.
