摘要
为了充分挖掘机组主、辅设备潜力,有效利用锅炉富裕蒸发量,减少厂用电,提高电厂净供电能力及给水泵运行的可靠性,陡河发电厂在2003年8号机组大修时将原乙给水泵(50%容量电动给水泵)拆除,安装1台全容量汽动给水泵,正常运行情况下为乙汽动给水泵运行。为比较电动泵改汽动泵运行的经济性,提出了一种简便、有效的计算方法,以对两种运行方式下的煤耗进行估算,同时根据近期6号机组的相关试验结果,对本计算方法进行了验证。
To fully utilize the main and auxiliary equipment of power generation units, and make the best use of boiler evaporation capacity and reduce auxiliary power consumption, increase power supply capacity and improve reliability of feed water pump, one motor--driven feedwater pump with 50% capacity, which is in service during normal operation, was replaced with turbine--driven pump with full capacity during the overhaul of unit 8 at Douhe Power Plant in 2003. This paper presented a simple and effective calculation for the economical comparison between motor-driven pump and turbine-driven pump. And the coal consumption in these two modes were estimated. Recently this calculation was verified with the test results from unit 6.
