生物加强超滤法在城市污水回用中的应用

Application of Creature Membrane and Super Filtering Technology on Municipal Sewage Reuse

介绍了内蒙古金桥电厂利用生物加强超滤法处理城市污水的工艺,一年的运行结果表明该工艺出水性能好,出水完全能达到循环冷却水回用水质指标,并且在连续半年的运行期间没有产生严重膜污染情况,通过反洗、在线反洗、鼓风曝气和适当操作能很好地防治并预防膜污染,保证系统的稳定运行。

A super filtering process is applied in Jinqiao Power Plant which treats municipal Wastewater through creature membrane and super filtering technology. After about one year of running, the system achieved good effluent performance, and the effluent quality could reach the reuse index of circulating cooling water. Furthermore, severe membrane fouling hadn＇t occurred in half of a year＇s continual operation and could be prevented by backwashing, on-line backwashing, air blast, suitable operation.
