摘要
目的探讨颅内囊状动脉瘤的组织病理学变化和发生规律。方法采用特殊染色(包括弹力纤维和肌纤维等)和免疫组化标记方法对18例颅内囊状动脉瘤组织细胞变化进行镜下观察和分析。结果100%(18/18)囊状动脉瘤均发生弹力板断裂;中膜(如平滑肌成分)缺如可见于25%(2/8)大动脉动脉瘤和70%(7/10)中小动脉瘤。结论囊状动脉瘤组织学的最基本改变为弹力板断裂,中膜缺如多见于中小动脉瘤。
Objective To investigate histopathological changes of intracranial berry aneurysm and its developing mechanism. Methods Histopathological changes in 18 cases of intracranial berry aneurysrns were observed using special stain and immunohisto- chemical methods. Results All the cases showed splitting of elastic laminae. Defects of medien layers were found in large cerebral artery aneurysms in 2 cases(25 % )and in middle and small cerebral artery aneurysms in 7 cases(70 % ). Conclusion The most ba- sic histopathological feature of berry aneurysrns is the splitting of elastic laminae. Defects of medien layers are mainly found in middle and small cerebral artery aneurysms.
