Tile骨盆骨折分型在诊断后尿道损伤中的作用

The role of Tile classification of pelvic fracture in diagnosing posterior urethral injuries

目的探讨Tile骨盆骨折分类与后尿道损伤有无相关性。方法用Tile骨折分类法对78例后尿道损伤患者的骨盆骨折进行分类;用χ2检验对骨盆骨折类型与后尿道损伤的关系进行临床分析。结果78例男性骨盆骨折合并后尿道损伤病例中,C2/C3型骨盆骨折致后尿道损伤的相对危险度(RR)为5.0,B1型RR为3.4,A2.2型RR为2.0。结论骨盆骨折的类型与后尿道损伤密切相关,根据骨折类型可以初步判断尿道损伤的可能性。

Objective To investigate the association between Tile classification of pelvic fractures and posterior urethral injuries. Methods The types of pelvic fracture were distinguished in 78 patients with posterior urethral injury according to Tile classification of pelvic fracture. The association beteween type of pelvic fractures and posterior urethral injuries were analyzed with Chi-square test. Results Of 78 patients with pelvic fractures and posterior urethral injuries, the relative risks were 5.0 in C＂2/C3 types,3.4 in B1 type and 2.0 in A2.2 type. Conclusion The type of pelvic fractures is closely associated with the risk of posterior urethral injuries,and Tile classification can be used to diagnose the posterior urethral injuries.
