口虾蛄抗鼻咽癌细胞生长活性成分的纯化和分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的纯化、分析口虾蛄正丁醇提取物(C)。方法用大孔吸附树脂Diaion HP20型纯化分离口虾蛄正丁醇提取物,用噻唑蓝(MTT)法筛选抗人鼻咽癌CNE-2Z细胞生长活性的组分并以薄层色谱法初步分析其性质。结果MTT法结果显示,组分C,C4及C5对人鼻咽癌CNE-2Z细胞生长均有明显的抑制作用,而组分C1,C2及C3则不明显;薄层色谱法结果显示,组分C,C4及C5均含有生物碱类物质。结论口虾蛄正丁醇提取物组分C纯化后,其主要有效成分生物碱类物质富集于组分C4和组分C5中,其抗鼻咽癌活性亦有明显提高。 Objective To purify and analyse the n-butanol extract from Squilla oratoria. Methods To purify the n-butanol extract(C)from Squilla oratoria with macroreticula adsorbent Diaion HP20. Then in vitro anti-nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2Z cell activeness was screened with MTT and the chemical constituents of each extract were determined with TLC. Results The results of MTT method showed C, C4 and C5 could strongly inhibit the human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2Z cell growth but C1, C2 and C3 could not. The biological alkaloids possibly existed in C, C4 and C5. Conclusion Through the purification, the active component of C is concentrated in C4 and C5, which anti- nasopharyngeal cancer activeness is enhanced greatly.
