高效液相色谱法测定清喉咽合剂中连翘苷含量

Determination of Forsythin in Qinghouyan Mixture by HPLC

目的建立测定清喉咽合剂中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法以ZorbaxSB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长278nm。结果连翘苷进样量线性范围为0.40～2.01μg,平均回收率为100.01%,RSD为0.02%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method of HPLC for the determination of forsythin in Qinghouyan Mixture. Methods Zorbax SB-C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （25：75）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set as 278 nm. Results The linear range of forsythin was 0. 40-2.01 μg, and the average recovery rate was 100.01%, RSD=0. 02% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and accurate. It can be applied to the quality control of preparation.
