龙胆泻肝片的薄层鉴别方法

TLC distinguish investigate of Longdan Xiegan tablet

目的建立龙胆泻肝片中当归、黄芩、甘草的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用硅胶G薄层板,分别以正己烷-乙酸乙酯(9∶1)、乙酸乙酯-丙酮-甲酸-水(26∶7∶1.5∶3)、三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(20∶5∶0.5)为展开剂。结果样品中均能检验出当归、黄芩、甘草色谱斑点,且斑点清晰。结论建立的方法简单、重复性好,可用于龙胆泻肝片的质量控制。

Objective To estahlish TLC methods for identification of Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Scutellariae in Longdan Xiegan tablet. Methods The Slica G thin layer plates were used and N- Hexane- Ethyl acetate（9 ： 1）,Ethyl acetate- Actone- Pormicacid -Water（26：7 ： 1.5 ： 3）,Chloroforn - Methanol - Water（20 ： 5 ： 0. 5） as developers respectively, Results The Chromatographic spots of Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Glyeyrrhizae and Radix Scutellariae in Longdan Xiegan tablet were clear and could be detected. Conclusion These methods were simple, reproducible and were suitbable for the quality control of Longdan Xiegan tablet.
