摘要
目的分析影响肱一踝动脉的脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的多种临床因素。方法使用日本科林动脉硬化测定仪测左右侧肱动脉—踝部动脉之间的脉搏波传导速度,取两者平均值作为应变量,以性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)、总胆固醇(TC)、血甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、TC/HDL比值、血糖(GLU)、血尿酸(UA)、高血压史、糖尿病史、吸烟史为自变量。作均数比较、t检验,简单相关分析,多因素偏相关分析,逐步回归分析。结果男性baPWV显著高于女性,吸烟者baPWV显著高于不吸烟者,有高血压病史者baPWV显著高于无高血压病史者,有糖尿病史者baPWV显著高于无糖尿病史者,SBP≥90mmHg组baPWV显著高于SBP<90mmHg组,TC≥5.17mmol/L组baPWV显著高于TC<5.17mmol/L组,LDL≥3.37mmol/L组baPWV显著高于LDL<3.37mmol/L组,GLU≥6.10mmol/L组baPWV显著高于GLU<6.10mmol/L组,BMI≥24kg/m2组baPWV显著高于BMI<24kg/m2组。baPWV与收缩压、脉压、年龄呈正相关,偏相关系数分别为:0.456、0.471、0.433,各P值等于0.000。逐步回归分析法分析入选因素有:收缩压、年龄、高血压史、体重指数、TC/HDL比值、血糖、吸烟史。结论baPWV与收缩压、脉压、年龄呈正相关,而与低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇、尿酸、糖尿病史、高血压史、吸烟史无显著相关。
Objective To analyze the clinical factors to affect brachial-ankle artery pulse wave velocity (baPWV). Methods Measured left and right baPWV with Japan's Kolin arteriosclerosis instrument, geted the average of both as dependent variable and gender, age, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, body mass index(BMI), systolic blood pressure(SBP), diahation blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(Glu), blood glycerin(TG), blood cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL), TC/HDL ratio, blood uric acid (UA) were used as independent variable. The data of measure were analyzed by compare means analysis, independent-samples T test, partial and bivariate correlate analysed and filtered independent variable with Linear Regression. Results The baPWV in men was significantly higher than women, the baPWV with smoking was significantly higher than no smoking, the baPWV with hypertension was significantly higher than without hypertension, the baPWV with diabete was significantly higher than without diabete, the baPWV in SBP≥90mmHg group was significantly higher than SBP〈90mmHg group, the baPWV in TC≥5.17mmol/L group was significantly higher than TC〈5.17mmol/L group, the baPWV in LDL≥3.37mmol/L group was significantly higher than LDL〈3.37mmol/L group, the baPWV in GLU≥6.10mmol/L group was significantly higher than GLU〈6.10 mmol/L group, the baPWV in BMI≥24kg/m^2 group was significantly higher than BIM〈24kg/m^2 group. The baPWV was significantly correlated with SBP,PP, age, partial correlations eoeffeient were 0.456, 0.471,0.433,apiece P equal to 0.000. Entered independent variables were SBP, age, hypertension, BMI, TC/HDL ratio, GLU, smoking with Linear Regression. Conclusions The baPWV was significantly correlated with SBP PP age, but without LDL, TC, UA, diabete, hypertension, smoking.
