摘要
目的探讨心肌酶谱在新生儿窒息后心肌损害诊治中的意义。方法对27例窒息新生儿及18例正常新生儿的血清心肌酶谱进行检测分析。结果窒息组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平明显高于对照组。结论窒息可以造成新生儿发生缺氧缺血性心肌损害,心肌酶谱的变化和新生儿窒息密切相关,心肌酶谱反映了心肌损害的变化,其中CK-MB的诊断意义更大。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of myocardial zymogram in the diagnosis of myocardial damage of neonatal asphyxia. Methods The blood serum myocardial zymogram of 27 neonatal asphyxia and 18 normal neonate (normal group) were examined respectively and analyzed. Results The level of blood serum aspartate transaminase(AST), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), alpha-hydroxy butyric acid dehydrogenase (HBDH), creatine kinase(CK), creatine kinase isozyme(CK-MB) in asphyxia group were significantly higher than that in normal group. Conclusion Asphyxia can cause anoxic and anemic myocardial damage to neonate, the change in myocardial zymogram is significantly associated with neonate asphyxia, the myocardial zymogram reflect the change of myocardial damage, and the diagnostic significance of CK-MB is greater.
