西甲硅油对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

目的观察西甲硅油对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法观察2007年2月至2008年2月我院妇科腹腔镜手术的76例患者随机分为两组,观察组术前、术后服用西甲硅油,术后观察对比腹胀程度、肠蠕动恢复及肛门排气时间。结果观察组患者术后腹胀程度和持续时间较对照组明显减轻。排气时间研究组(18.89±3.22h)较对照组(31.34±4.65h)明显缩短(P<0.01)。观察组腹胀发生率低及程度均明显轻于对照组,肠蠕动恢复及肛门排气时间明显提前。结论术前、后服用西甲硅油可促进妇科患者腹腔镜手术后胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of simethicone on early recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods 76 patients after gynecological laparoscpic operation in our hospital were divided into two groups ramdomly： the observation group （40 patients） and the control group （36 patients）, The observation group took simethicone before and after operation. Recorded the degree of abdominal distension, the first time of recovery enterocinesia and passage of gas by anus and compared the difference of their intestinal functional recovery. Results The first time of enterocinesia and passage of gas by anus in the observation group was obviously earlier than that in the control group, with significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Simethicone can help stimulate intestinal peristalsis after gynecological laparoscopic operation. It benefits the early recovery of intestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic operation.
