膝关节退行性骨关节病与骨质疏松的相关关系研究

Relationship of the Osteoarthritis of the Knee Joint with the Osteoporosis

为研究退行性骨关节病和骨质疏松两者的相互关系，分析了５０３例确诊为膝关节骨关节病患者的骨矿物质含量，发现其均存在不同程度的全身性骨质疏松，推测两者之间可能有某种内在联系。骨质疏松很可能是骨关节病的发病原因之一。

o test the relationship between the osteoarthritis and the osteoporosis,503 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were studied for the measurement of the bone mineral contents (BMC) of the distal radius in nonpredominant arm. The results showed that the patients with degenerative osteoarthritis had lower BMC compared with the normal population.it is suggested that the osteoporosis may be one of the pathogenesis of the degenerative osteoarthritis.
