通过扫描、互联网搜集、摄像显微镜、录像等手段获取图片及视频资料，经图像或视频软件加工处理后，按微生物种类及素材内容分类，构建成了内容丰富、界面友好、检索方便的多媒体素材库，以网站的形式置于校园网服务器上，满足了微生物多媒体教学和学生自学的要求，大大提高了教学效果。

Through the scanning, the Internet collection, photographs method pictures and the video frequency materials can be obtained and after image or video frequency software processing they may constitute multimedia storehouse with rich content, friendly surface and convenient retrieval. This greatly satisfies the needs of microorganism multimedia teaching and the students＇ studying independently, thus enhancing the teaching effect.
