摘要
目的检查非吸收外科缝线中的环氧乙烷残留量。方法采用顶空气相色谱法,DB-624石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×3μm),顶空瓶加热温度60℃,平衡时间30 min;汽化室温度250℃;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)温度:300℃;柱温:程序升温,起始柱温为40℃,保持5 min,以每分钟20℃升温至150℃;载气:高纯氮气。结果该方法灵敏准确专属,在1~100 mg·L^-1浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系。结论该法可以作为非吸收性外科缝线中环氧乙烷残留量的测定方法。
Aim To establish a method for detection of ethylene oxide substances in nonabsorbable surgical suture.Methods Ethylene oxide was determined by GC with DB-624 capillary column(30 m×0.53 mm×3 μm) with FID detector and nitrogen as the carries gas.The injector temperature was 250℃,and the detector temperature was 300℃.The column temperature was raised by program.The initial temperature was 40℃ and maintained for 5 min,then raised to 150℃ with a rate of 20℃/min.Results The method is proved to be accurate and reliable,and the calibration curve has good linear relationship within a certain range.Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of ethylene oxide in nonabsorbable surgical suture.
