摘要
目的建立氨酚咖黄烷胺片中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量测定方法。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚在120.06~280.13 mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.89%,RSD=0.23%;无水咖啡因在7.24~16.89 mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.70%,RSD=0.50%。结论本法操作简便、准确、快捷,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol and caffeine in paracetamol,caffeine,artificial cow-bezoar and amantadine hydrochloride tablets.Methods The Hypersil BDS C18 column was used with methanol-water(30∶70) as a mobile phase.The flow-rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship for paracetamol(r=0.999 8)at the range of 120.06~280.13 mg·L^-1.The recovery rate was 99.89%,and RSD was 0.23%.And there was a good linear relationship for caffeine (r=0.999 7) at the range of 7.24~16.89 mg·L^-1.The recovery was 99.70%,and RSD was 0.50%.Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of the tablets.
