摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT后处理重组技术在输尿管病变中的的应用价值。方法收集经手术病理证实的21例输尿管病变患者,包括20例良性病变和1例恶性病变,术前均行全腹MSCT轴位容积扫描,并经后处理技术进行尿路重组成像。结果尿路重组成像不仅能清晰地显示输尿管走行、腔内改变、梗阻部位及原因,还可以同时显示管壁及腔外情况。本组1例输尿管移行细胞癌误诊为输尿管结核。定性诊断正确率95.28%,特异性100%。结论多层螺旋CT尿路成像后处理重组技术是诊断输尿管病变极好的影像检查方法,可在临床上常规应用。 Objective To study the application of muhislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT)with postprocessing reconstruction (MPR,MIP,CPR and VR) techniques in the evaluation of ureteral lesions.Methods Twenty-one patients with surgically and pathologically proved urcteral lesions which comprised 20 benign lesions and one malignant lesion were collected and analyzed retrospectively. All the patients underwent MSCT urography with postprocessing reconstruction techniques such as MPR, MIP,CPR and VR before the operation. Results MSCTU could not only clearly reveal the intraluminal change,obsltructive positions and causes of the affected ureters but could reveal the extent of urcteral wall or extraluminal involvement.One case of urcteral transitional cell carcinoma in the group was misdiagnosed as urcteral tuberculosis.The accuracy of the qualitative diagnosis was 95.24%,while the specificity was 100%.Conclusion MSCTU with postprocessing reconstruction technique is an optimal imaging protocol for detecting urcteral lesions and it can be taken as clinically routine tool.
