乳腺癌早期X线诊断及技术进展 被引量:7

摘要 乳腺癌是严重威胁女性健康的恶性肿瘤。每年全世界约有120万妇女患乳腺癌,约50万人死于该病,其发病率正以每年3%的速度增长。在美国,约12%的女性会在有生之年患乳腺癌,即每8位女性中会有1例患乳腺癌。在我国,乳腺癌居于女性恶性肿瘤的第二位,而在一些大城市如京、津、沪跃居首位。乳腺癌的早期诊断与生存期密切相关,早期发现能提高治愈率,降低病死率,改善患者的生存质量。医学影像对乳腺癌的检出和诊断具有重要价值。本文就国内外有关乳腺癌早期X线诊断及其技术进展进行综述。
