回顾了英国文学史上的主要诗人及其诗歌代表作,结合中国古代诗论,发现英文诗歌的审美特征;同时,通过对英文诗歌的阅读与研究,探讨一般英文诗歌的常用鉴赏方法,提出有关英文诗歌鉴赏的几则建议。

Based on the understanding of art of Chinese poetry, this article aims to point out esthetic features of some typical English poems; Through reading and studying of English poetry, this article is written to propose some proper methods of appreciating English poetry and put forward personal understanding in reading English poems.
