摘要
“以学生为中心,以能力为本位”的能力本位教育模式已成为当前职业教育界的主流模式,在国内外职教实践中得到了广泛的应用并取得了引入瞩目的成绩。同时,执行环节的难以到位、过分注重企业需要即职业技能而忽视学生个体生命发展的需要等,也是能力本位教学在实践过程中暴露出来的问题。从能力本位教学发展的历史脉络、内涵、实践程式、理论及实践的反思等对能力本位教学进行剖析,以期引起大家的思考。
