甘薯品种产量性状的稳定性和适应性分析 被引量:6

Stability and adaptability analysis on yield characters of sweetpotato varieties

摘要 利用AMMI模型对2005-2006年江苏省甘薯新品种区域试验结果进行分析,评价品种的稳定性和适应性。结果表明:3个乘积项表达的基因型与环境的交互作用主成分效应均达到极显著水平,分别解释交互作用平方和的50.96%、33.7%和10.65%,可合计共解释95.31%互作平方和。宁11-6、南京J51—11和徐62-4属于高产稳产品种;南京00211属于低产稳产品种;南京99—19属于低产不稳产品种;宁27—5和苏渝303属于高产不稳产品种。根据AMMI双标图及互作效应值,宁13—1和苏渝303有相对广泛的适应性,宁13—1对江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所试点有特殊适应性,宁27—5对泰兴市试点有特殊适应性,产量较低的南京99—19对涟水县试点有显著的正向互作效应,表现出特殊适应性。就地点环境而言,泗洪县试点最适宜的品种为苏渝303,徐州中心试点对于各品种有较广泛的适应性。 The interaction between genotype (G) and environment (E) is very common in the regional trials. As an advanced approach to explore the effect of the G × E interaction, the AMMI( Additive Main Effects and Muhiplicative Interaction) model could compensate the shortage of common analysis methods used for regional trials. By analyzing the data of Sweetpotato regional trail from 2005 and 2006 with AMMI model, the resuh indicated that: three effect of the G × E interaction explained 50. 96% , 33.7% andl0. 65%. Significant principal component explained 95. 31%. Ningl 1-6, Nanjing J51-11 and Xu62-4 had a higher steady yield. Nanjing00211 had a lower but steady yield, Nanjing 99-19 had a low and less steady yield, Ning27-5 and Suyu303 had high and less steady yield. Using the AMMI of the double sign chart and the special international value : Ning13-1 and Suyu303 had correspondingly extensive applicability, Ning13-1 had a specific applicability to Liangzuosuo, Ning27-5 had a specific applicability to Taixingsuo, Nanjing 99-19 had a significant positive effect to Lianshuixian and had a specific applicability. In six environments, Suyu303 was more adaptability in the Sihongxian, Xuzhouzhongxin had extensive applicability in the all of six environment.
