电针不同经穴对急性心肌缺血家兔血浆乙酰胆碱与去甲肾上腺素的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:比较电针不同经穴对急性心肌缺血家兔模型外周血血浆中自主神经递质去甲肾上腺素与乙酰胆碱的影响有无差异性,探讨不同经穴间作用的相对特异性。方法:青紫蓝家兔90只,随机选择10只作为正常对照组,余80只以股静脉静滴垂体后叶素造成急性心肌缺血模型,将复制成功的模型家兔随机分为模型组、电针"神门"组、电针"内关"组、电针"支正"组、电针"太渊"组、电针"三阴交"组,每组10只。ELISA法检测电针后血浆中去甲肾上腺素与乙酰胆碱的含量。结果:造模后外周血中去甲肾上腺素释放减少(P<0.01),乙酰胆碱释放增加(P<0.01);电针"内关"、"神门"、"支正"穴10min后可增加去甲肾上腺素的释放,并减少乙酰胆碱释放(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中"内关"效果优于"神门","神门"效果优于"支正";而电针"太渊"、"三阴交"对去甲肾上腺素与乙酰胆碱外周血释放的影响不显著(P>0.05)。结论:电针"内关"、"神门"对提高外周血中交感神经递质去甲肾上腺素释放、抑制乙酰胆碱释放的效果最为显著,电针"支正"的效果次之,而电针"太渊"、"三阴交"对上述指标影响较小。 Objective: To compare the different effects of electroacupuncture(EA) at different acupoints on plasma acetycholine and noradrenalin in rabbit models with acute myocardial ischemia(AMI), and investigate the relative specificity of different acupoints. Methods: A total of 90 healthy rabbits were selected, 10 were selected randomly and set as normal group. The other 80 rabbits were injected with pituitrin by femoral veins to establish acute myocardial ischemia models, and then the successful rabbit models were randomly divided into 6 groups: model group, EA at "Shenmen" group, EA at "Neiguan" group, EA at "Zhizheng" group, EA at "Taiyuan" group and EA at "Sanyinjiao" group, and each group had 10 rabbits. ELISA assay was employed to detect the contents of norepinephrine(NA) and acetylcholine(ACH). Results: The NA content in peripheral blood of rabbits decreased obviously after establishing AMI models(P〈0.01), but the ACH content increased obviously(P〈0.01); the release of NA increased and ACH decreased (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05) 10 min after the electroacupuncture at "Shenmen", "Neiguan" as well as "Zhizheng". Among them, the effect of "Neiguan" was better than that of "Shenmen", and "Shenmen" was better than "Zhizheng", but electroacupuncture at "Taiyuan" or "Sanyinjiao" had no significant effect on the release of NA or ACH in peripheral blood (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at "Neiguan" and "Shenmen" has the most significant effects on enhancing the release of sympathetictransmitter NA and ACH, and electroacupuncture at "Zhizheng" is inferior to "Neiguan" and "Shenmen", and electroacupuncture at "Sanyinjiao" has no obvious effect on the above indexes.
