目的:确保格氏反应的无水生产。方法:控制二甲胺甲基环己酮的水分和设备的密闭干燥处理来达到无水条件。结果:影响格氏反应的关键因素即水分得到有效的控制。结论:二甲胺甲基环己酮的水分控制和设备的干燥处理是整个过程的控制关键。
Objective: To ensure no water during the Grignard reaction. Methods: Controlling the water content of 2-[(dimethylamino)methyl] -cyclohexanone and the equipment were dry and closed. Results: The critical element that may affect the Grignard reaction was effectively controlled. Conclusion: The water content of 2-[(dimethylamino)methyl] -cyclohexanone and the drying process of equipment are the critical control parameters.
