目的:观察薄层扫描法中不同峰宽和斜率值对扫描结果的影响。方法:依次改变峰宽和斜率值对斑点进行扫描,比较含量测定结果。结果:峰宽和斜率值对含量测定影响较大,最佳峰宽-斜率组合为(1.30,0.75),此时方程r值为1.000,测得值为理论值的99.27%。结论:薄层扫描法参数中应注明峰宽和斜率值。

Objective：To observe the effect on determination of peak width and slope in TLC scanning. Methods：To scan the dot after the value of peak width and slope changed in order, and compare the determined content. Results：The content was much effected by peak width and slope, the best couple of them were （1.30, 0.75）, its formula＇s value of r was 1.000, the content was equal to 99.27% of theoretical content. Conclusion：The value of peak width and slope ought to be marked during the index of TLC scanning.
