摘要
观察C57BL/6小鼠接受BALB/c小鼠皮肤移植后,在99.2%氧,0.25MPa条件下每天1h,看到移植皮片存活时间明显延长;并动态观察了移植局部组织及浸润细胞情况。结果表明:高压氧可使移植局部组织破坏减轻,浸润细胞数量减少;使Thy-1,IL-2R(α)阳性细胞浸润荧光面积明显低于对照组。提示高压氧抑制移植局部细胞浸润,从而延长了移植物存活时间。
e observed the skin flaps in different strains of mice under the action of 99.2% oxygen with 0.25 MPa for one hour every day. Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) prolonged the survivaltime of the skin flaps in mice significantly. On the third day, in one week, two week and three week after allograft, the infiltrative cells in the graft were much less in the hyperbaric oxygen group as compared with the control. Thy1 and IL2R(α) positive cell infiltration all decreased significently. Conclusion: HBO might prolong the survivaltime of skin flaps by inhibiting local lymphocyte infiltration.
