摘要
采用低温包埋、胶体金标记、免疫电镜技术,进行了正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞内β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-Glucuronidase,β-G)的定位研究。结果表明,β-G存在于内质网,溶酶体和高尔基复合体内,同时观察到肝癌细胞中标记β-G的金颗粒数目多于正常肝细胞中的数目。对肝细胞癌的早期发现,早期诊断可能具有意义。
he content of β Glucuronidase (β G) is very low in normal human body tissue fragments and body liquid. We studied the localization of β G in normal hepatic cell and hepatic carcinoma by low temperature embedding, immune electron microscope technique. β G was observed in endoplasmic reticulum, lysosome, Golgi complex. We found that the quantity of golden granules labelled β G was more in endoplasmic, lysosome, Golgi complex of carcinoma cell than in normal hepatic cells. It may be of significance for discovering and diagnosing hepatic carcinoma at earlier phase.
