摘要
本文从素质教育的角度阐述了培养创新人才的重要性,指出应从教育理念、教学管理、教育环境等方面抓起,将创新思想,创新精神、创新素质作为各类人才培养的基本要求,通过实践培养一专多能的复合型人才,满足社会对人才的需求。
The article states the importance of training innovative talents from the angle of quality - oriented education, points out some measures to meet the needs of society on talents.
