摘要
以人工合成血型物质作为标准参照物质,应用时间决定性荧光免疫测定法(TR-FIA)测定了129例个体唾液中的A、B、H型物质含量。其由检出感度以下到4.16mg/ml的范围内呈现连续分布趋势。分泌型的血型物质含量明显高于非分泌型,非分泌型的一部分也检出少量血型物质。O型的H物质明显高于A、B、AB型,并在A、B、AB型个体内与A、B型物质的含量呈正相关。
We applied time resolved fluorotris immunoassay (TRFIA) to the quantitative detection of the content of A, B, and H substances in saliva with artificially synthesized A, B, and H Substances as control. The quantity of the blood group substances could be used toclassify an individual as a secretor or a nonsecretor. The quantity of H substances was obviously higher in type O individuals than that in A, B, and AB type individuals, and was positively correlated with the quantity of A and B substances in each type.
