微创保胆取石患者自我效能与术后遵医行为的相关性分析

Analysis on the relativity between self-efficacy and postoperative behavior of following doctors＇ instruction among patients with mini-invasive endoscopic stone extraction technique with gallbladder preserved

目的探讨自我效能感对微创保胆取石患者遵医行为的影响。方法使用Ralf Schwarzer编制的通用自我效能感量表的中译版和自制的患者遵医行为评分表，对164例胆结石的术后患者的遵医行为与自我效能感之间的相关性以及胆囊结石复发率进行观察。结果患者自我效能与其总体遵医行为存在正相关（P〈0．01）；遵医行为良好的患者术后无胆结石复发，遵医行为较差的患者在术后3年复发率为15．38％。结论微创保胆取石患者自我效能与术后遵医行为存在显著相关性，自我效能感高的患者术后结石复发率明显降低。

Objective To study the influence of patients＇ self-efficacy on their behavior of following doctors＇ instruction after the mini-invasive endoscopic stone extraction technique with gallbladder preserved. Methods 164 patients＇ Cholecystolithiasis recurrence proportion and the relativity between patients＇ self- efficacy and their behavior of following doctors＇ instruction after the mini-invasive endoscopic stone extraction technique with gallbladder preserved were observed using the self-efficacy investigating table organized by Ralf Schwarzer in 1981 and the self-designed estimation table of patients＇ behavior of following doctor＇ s instruction. Results There was a marked positive relativity between patients＇ self-efficacy and their behavior of following doctors＇ instruction as a whole,P 〈 0. 01 and r = 0. 691, There was no Cholecystolithiasis recurrence in good doers, but a high recurrence rate of Cholecystolithiasis in bad doers with the Cholecystolithiasis recurrence probability of 15.38% after three years. Condusions Patients＇ self-efficacy is obviously correlated with their behavior of following doctors＇ instruction. Patients with better self-efficacy have a marked reduction in Cholecystolithiasis recurrence probability.
