福利院老年人抑郁症状的发生及相关因素的分析

Analysis on incidence of elderly depressive disorder in Welfare Institution and its related factors

目的探讨福利院老人抑郁症状的发生情况和相关因素，从而为居住在福利院老人的抑郁症状的防治和护理提供参考依据。方法对居住在某福利院的81位老人进行问卷调查，内容包括一般情况、精神状态简易速检表和老年抑郁量表。结果81位老人中抑郁症状发生率为29．6％，其中，抑郁症状得分与探视时间间隔长短、有无配偶、卧床与否、有无脑血管病、所患慢性病数量的多少有关。结论福利院老人抑郁症状的发生率较高，提示我们要重视福利院老人抑郁症状的防治，加强对他们的心理护理和情感关怀，从而改善老人的心理健康状况，提高老人晚年的生活质量，更好的发挥社会养老的作用。

Objective To learn the incidence of elderly depressive disorder in Welfare Institution and its related factors so as to privide reference for cure and prevention and nursing of elderly depressive disorder in Welfare Institution. Methods 81 elderly patients in one Welfare Institution were investigated with questionaire, which includes general state of health, MMSE, GDS. Results 29.6% of 81 elderly patients showed depressive disorder, which was related to following factors, such interval of family visiting, spouse, lying in bed, cerebrovascular disease, the kinds of chronic disease. Conclusions The incidence of elderly depressive disorder in Welfare Institution is considerably high. We should pay more attention attention to cure and prevention of elderly depressive disorder in Welfare Institution, strengthen the psychological nursing and sentimental care, in order to improve their quality of life and play the key role of social caring for elders.
