摘要
目的了解耳鼻咽喉科不同学历层次临床护生的学习需求,为临床护理教学工作的改进提供依据。方法运用自制问卷,就耳鼻咽喉科临床护理实习需求问题对在我科2006年10月—2008年1月护理实习生进行问卷调查。结果本科生及专科生对理论知识的掌握普遍重视,知识面较广,而动手能力需求只有58.8%和80.7%;中专生动手能力需求为100%,理论知识掌握较为薄弱;对带教老师的需求是具有多样性的。结论明确了带教方法与思路,对临床护理教学改进具有指导意义,从而达到提高耳鼻咽喉科临床护理教学的目的。
Objective To know the needs of student nurses with different degrees, and to provide the data for improving the clinical nursing teaching. Methods We investigated the needs of student nurses in the department of otolaryngology from October 2006 to December 2008 with the self-designed questionnaire. Results The student nurses from university and junior college generally thought much of theory knowledge and had more extensive knowledge. Only 58. 8% and 80.7% of them needed the chance of practice. 100% of the student nurses from technical secondary school needed the chance of practice because they were lack of enough theory knowledge. And they needed varied guidance from the teachers. Conclusions Appropriate teaching methods and ideas are very important for the improvement of clinical nursing teaching, and finally improve the level of clinical nursing teaching of otolaryngology department.
