摘要
本文在分析了企业家的创新精神、自主创新的收益、资源投入、成功期望与失败风险等企业自主创新的内诱导力后,提出了"企业自主创新内诱导力的一般模式"与"企业自主创新内诱导力的优化模式",并对模式的应用及各要素的关联性进行了探讨与分析。
Based on the analysis of the inner inducement of an enterprise＇s self-innovation, such as a entrepreneur＇s innovative spirit, the profits of innovation, resources investment, success expectancy and failure risk, the author proposes ＂the general pattern of inner inducement on an enterprise＇s self-innovation＂ and ＂the optimized pattern of inner inducement on an enterprise＇s self-innovation＂, and gives a further tentative analysis of the relevancy between the application of the pattern and the related factors.
