2种制备抗新城鸡瘟病毒抗体方法的比较

A Comparison between Two Methods for Preparing Antibodies Against Newcastle Virus

采用首次免疫加完全佐剂和不加完全佐剂２种方法，分别制备兔抗新城鸡瘟病毒抗体。结果显示：首次免疫加入完全佐剂的免疫方法产生的血凝抑制抗体效价为１／６４０，显著低于不加完全佐剂（血凝抑制抗体效价为１／２５６０）的免疫方法。提示：在制备抗病毒抗体中，应该选用首次免疫不加入完全佐剂的免疫方法。

Two methods for preparing rabbit type antibody against the New Castle Virus were reported, one being with Freund's complete adjuvant(FCA),the other without FCA.The result showed that the titer of hemagglutinationinhibition antibody of the former was 1/640 while the latter was 1/2560. In conclusion, the method without FCA was firstly selected for making rabbit type antibody against the New Castle Virus.
