摘要
发达国家是生态城市建设的先行者。文章在考察新加坡、日本、美国、欧盟等国家生态城市建设历程、特色的基础上,进一步从重视城市规划、注重法律保障、强调公众参与三方面总结了国外生态城市建设的突出经验,以期对我国城市的未来与发展提供借鉴。
Developed countries are the forthgoers of the construction of eco-city. The paper first discusses the course and characteristics of the construction of eco-city in Singapore, Japan, America, European Union and so on, and then furtherly sums up the outstanding experience of these countries from three aspects including city planning ,law safeguard and public participation in the the construction of eco-city, so as to supply experience for China.
